By using Nexamail you agree to these terms. We try to keep them short and fair.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA).
Acceptable use
- No spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email.
- No attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, or abuse AI inference.
- No content that violates applicable law.
Subscriptions & billing
Plans renew automatically at the displayed price until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing — you keep access until the end of your current period. Refunds are handled case-by-case in good faith.
AI output
Drafts and suggestions are generated by AI and require your review before sending. You're responsible for messages sent from your account.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
Nexamail is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect.
